Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because our products are made in small batches, some items may take slightly longer if we are restocking — we’ll notify you right away if there’s any delay.

All orders ship through USPS using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help track it with USPS.
