We want you to love your Midnight Mist products. If there’s ever a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • Our return window is 30 days from delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or removed from sanitary packaging (soaps, salts, balms, nail kits, etc.).

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@neversinkconsulting.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Opened bath, body, or personal care products

  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as custom nail kits)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
